Booking a floral service is easy! Reach out on Instagram, through the Inquiry Form, or email polkadotpoppiesfloral@gmail.com and let me know the type of service you are interested in. We'll discuss your budget, vision, and dates!
Balances can be paid off in as many payments as you need. However, please note, balances must be paid in full one week before the date(s) the services are needed.
Orders can be placed as soon as you've decided what services you need, whether that's in a week or in a year. For weddings and events, please book as soon as possible! This helps ensure enough time for ordering/shipping/planning so you get exactly the florals you want. We also understand that circumstances change, and you may need to book last-minute. We'll do our best to work with any timeframe!
Yes! A deposit of 25% of the order total is required to secure the date and confirm your order. This deposit is applied toward your final balance. While deposits are nonrefundable, we understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to a new date or used toward another service with Polka Dot Poppies Floral.
Yes! No matter where you are with your decision to book, consultations are free and recommended. All consultations are done via Zoom. We'll discuss your vision, budget, and other important details and create a mood board together. Think we're a good fit? Let's talk!
